Puerto Blest is a small port located on the Nahuel Huapi Lake, at the end of the Blest Arm, in the province of Rio Negro.

This excursion departs from Puerto Pañuelo in a boat that sails over the waters of the Blest arm to its end, where the port of the same name is located.

On this trip we pass very close to Centinela Island, where the remains of Perito Moreno, Argentinean scientist and politician, rest.

The landscape along the Blest arm resembles the classic Norwegian fjords or the distant Fuegian channels. A landscape that seems to come out of a dream, where colors abound and fresh air is breathed.

The area of Puerto Blest has an exuberant vegetation, due to its excessively humid climate, where the landscape is always green. From there you can continue by bus to make the additional excursion to Laguna Frias. This is a water mirror of glacial origin located inside the Nahuel Huapi National Park. It is a small lake, but it does not go unnoticed due to its outstanding turquoise color. Then we arrive at Puerto Alegre, at the northern end of the lake, where we take a boat to go around it, until we dock at Puerto Frias.

Returning to Puerto Blest, we embark to make the crossing to the Los Cántaros Waterfall. This is a waterfall located in the Los Cántaros River, inside the Nahuel Huapi National Park. Surrounded by the Valdivian Forest, it has 4 viewpoints with unique views.

It is ascended by a wooden staircase bordering the torrent Los Cántaros up to an approximate height of 600 meters, from where you can admire several waterfalls and cascades of remarkable beauty.

Then you will descend to the dock where the boat will take you back.
